Łukasiewicz Accelerator
Łukasiewicz Accelerator At Łukasiewicz, we support entrepreneurial teams in setting up capital companies. Thanks to a carefully prepared program, Accelerator participants learn how to set up and run their own companies from the best business professionals. At the end of each edition, we organize a public Demo Day, during which teams present themselves to experts, investors, and the media.

Challenges of Łukasiewicz
Thanks to the Łukasiewicz Challenge system – our original tool for connecting scientists with business – each Łukasiewicz employee can propose their own solutions to problems raised by entrepreneurs, which are then discussed at expert panels. Each week, we process about 10 challenges of companies.

Your profile
Our Internship Programme is aimed at final-year students in the fields of chemistry, chemical engineering, materials engineering, pharmacy, biotechnology or related disciplines, as well as university graduates/graduates and doctoral graduates/graduates up to the age of 30.
For whom
We are looking for ambitious individuals motivated to develop and actively gain experience, interested in research work in chemistry, pharmacy, biotechnology, chemical and materials engineering. We recruit throughout the year, with internship positions created according to ongoing projects and company needs.

HR EXCELLENCE IN RESEARCH
HR strategy
Łukasiewicz – Instytut Chemii Przemysłowej im. prof. Łukasiewicz – Industrial Chemistry Institute recognises the significant impact of the implementation of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers on ensuring a high quality working environment and scientific research. The Institute began the process of implementing the provisions of the Code and the Charter by making a declaration of support for the principles contained in these documents on 4 May 2015.
Following an external evaluation of the Institute’s HR Strategy for Researchers, on 16 December 2016. European Commission forwarded the decision to award the Institute of Industrial Chemistry the HR Excellence in Research Logo.
Łukasiewicz – ICI is the third research institute in Poland to be granted the right to use it.
