Graduate of the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology (1998). In 2021, she completed her MBA in Finance & Technology, and in 2023, she will complete her MBA in Business Administration. In 2013 r. she completed postgraduate studies in Project Management at the University of Ecology and Innovation in Lublin. In 2007 r. she obtained a doctorate in technical sciences at the Institute of Industrial Chemistry.<\/p>

Since 1998, she has been employed at the \u0141ukasiewicz Research Network \u2013 Industrial Chemistry Institute in Warsaw (formerly the Industrial Chemistry Institute), progressing through all career levels, from specialist and researcher to managerial positions.<\/p>

In 2015-2016, she was the President of the Management Board of ChemSpin sp. z o.o., established by \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 ICI (100% of shares) to commercialize the results of research conducted at the Institute. In 2017-2018, she served as Head of the Technology Transfer Office at \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 ICI. From 2017 to June 2024, she was a member (most recently chairwoman) of the Supervisory Board of Silikony Polskie sp. z o.o., co-owned by \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 ICI.<\/p>

From 2019 to 2024, she was the representative of the Minister of Science in the Scientific Council of the Institute of Fuel and Energy Technology (formerly IChPW), and since 2023 she has been a representative of \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 ICI on the Employers’ Council (chemistry department) at the University of Engineering and Health in Warsaw. In 2024, she became a member of the Council of the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry and the Advisory Board operating under the President of the \u0141ukasiewicz Center.<\/p>

In January 2018, Research and Commercialization at \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 ICI, and on May 15, 2024, by decision of the President of the \u0141ukasiewicz Center \u2013 to the position of Director of \u0141ukasiewicz \u2013 ICI.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
