The activities of the Semi-Technical Department include research and implementation work on a semi-technical scale (development of documentation, enlargement of the laboratory scale, optimization and validation of the technological process) and production of active substances.<\/p>\n

Active substances (APIs)<\/strong> are produced in premises completely modernized in 2005-2007, equipped with modern apparatus and technological installations that meet European pharmaceutical requirements.<\/p>\n

The technological process is controlled and documented for quality and purity in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements. The final stages of active substance production are carried out in a controlled gray zone, where 3 lines for the product purification process and 2 lines for final technological operations have been installed. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Dzia\u0142 Minisyntez prowadzi badania nad technologiami wytwarzania aktywnych substancji farmaceutycznych i wytwarza takie substancje w ma\u0142ej skali, od gram\u00f3w do kilogram\u00f3w. Prace badawcze ogniskuj\u0105 si\u0119 wok\u00f3\u0142 rozwoju technologii wytwarzania, g\u0142\u00f3wnie powi\u0119kszania skali, optymalizacji i walidacji proces\u00f3w. Opracowane technologie stosowane s\u0105 we w\u0142asnym oddziale produkcyjnym lub oferowane innym firmom farmaceutycznym. Pracownicy zatrudnieni w zak\u0142adzie maj\u0105 du\u017ce do\u015bwiadczenie w prowadzeniu syntez w r\u00f3\u017cnej skali, w pracy z agresywnymi chemikaliami takimi jak: chlorowod\u00f3r, fluorowod\u00f3r, dwutlenek siarki, zwi\u0105zki metaloorganiczne (np. zwi\u0105zki Grignarda, alkilolit) i w oczyszczaniu substancji r\u00f3\u017cnorodnym technikami.<\/p>\n

Aktywne substancje farmaceutyczne (API)<\/strong> s\u0105 produkowane w Dziale Minisyntez w pomieszczeniach dedykowanych z zachowaniem wszelkich wymaga\u0144 dobrej praktyki wytwarzania (GMP). Posiadamy wydane przez G\u0142\u00f3wnego Inspektora Farmacetycznego certyfikaty GMP dla alfacalcidolu, calcifediolu, calcitriolu, calcipotriolu, tacalcidolu, anastrozolu i latanoprostu. Nasze produkty s\u0105 sprzedawane na ca\u0142ym \u015bwiecie: Japonii, Chinach, Tajlandii, Meksyku i w licznych krajach europejskich.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
