Fluent, ChemKin and other application packages, in particular the fabrication and simulation of selected reactor models with chemical reaction and associated thermal effects.<\/p>\n<p>Chemical process modelling is an indispensable part of modern engineering dealing with, among other things, chemical process optimisation and scale-up. <\/p>\n<p>Chemical process modelling allows the simulation of processes for different operating parameters of systems. Optimisation of apparatus design, with the ability to take into account all factors, both technological and safety-related, allows the detection of potential process errors that result from inappropriate operating parameters or errors in apparatus design. This significantly shortens the technology implementation process, eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming large-laboratory and\/or engineering scale test cycles.  <\/p>\n<p>With Ansys Fluent, advanced physical models can be created and a variety of fluid phenomena can be analysed &#8211; all in a configurable and intuitive space. This provides insight into the results before production testing begins. <\/p>\n<p>Given today&#8217;s shortened design cycles, relying solely on testing to verify chemical processes is insufficient.
